You may cancel your donation at any time within 5 days from the date of payment, and the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund requests made after 5 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided that the donated funds have not already been allocated or utilized for any charitable or welfare activity.

If the donation has already been deployed for a project, relief activity, or utilized for beneficiary support, we may not be able to issue a refund, as the funds would already be committed towards service delivery.

To initiate a refund, the donor must submit a written request through email along with donation details (transaction ID, date of payment, mode of payment, and donor contact information).
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
